Kiley Has Voted With Donald Trump 98% Of The Time As Families Face Higher Gas and Food Prices

Sacramento, CA — Dr. Richard Pan today condemned Congressman Kevin Kiley for voting against a bipartisan resolution to uphold Congress’ constitutional authority over war and prevent the President from continuing unauthorized hostilities against Iran.

The U.S. House of Representatives passed a bipartisan resolution to remove U.S. Armed Forces from hostilities against Iran except to defend the United States or its allies without Congressional authorization for the use of military force.

Congressman Kevin Kiley continues to support Trump and his MAGA agenda over defending Congress’ constitutional authority to declare war by voting against the resolution. Trump’s unconstitutional war has resulted in gas prices spiking over $6 per gallon in the district and higher food prices.

Dr. Richard Pan will uphold the Constitution by supporting assertion of Congressional authority over war and taxes and oppose Trump’s policies that are increasing the cost of necessities for California families.

Kiley, a MAGA Republican who recently registered as an “Independent” in a craven political tactic to deceive voters, has voted with Donald Trump 98% of the time. 

“Congress has the constitutional responsibility to decide when our country goes to war,” said Dr. Richard Pan. “Kevin Kiley had the opportunity to defend that authority and stand up for California families, but instead he chose to side with Trump’s MAGA agenda.”

“Families in this district are already struggling with the cost of living,” Pan continued. “In Congress, I will fight to lower costs, uphold the Constitution, and make sure no President can drag our country into war without accountability.”
