California Conference of Machinists Endorses Dr. Richard Pan for Congress in CA-06
Sacramento, CA — The California Conference of Machinists has endorsed Dr. Richard Pan in his campaign for Congress in California’s 6th Congressional District.
The California Conference of Machinists represents members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers across California, including workers in aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, automotive, public service, health care, and other industries. The Conference cited Dr. Pan’s record as a union member and former State Senator who has stood with workers, supported collective bargaining rights, and fought to lower costs for working families.
“Dr. Richard Pan understands that working people deserve fair wages, strong benefits, safe workplaces, and the freedom to organize,” said Secretary Treasurer Thomas Brandon. “As a union member, pediatrician, and former State Senator, he has a proven record of standing with workers and delivering results for families. The California Conference of Machinists is proud to endorse Dr. Pan for Congress because we know he will fight for working people in Washington.”
Dr. Pan thanked the California Conference of Machinists for its endorsement.
“I’m honored to earn the support of the California Conference of Machinists,” said Dr. Richard Pan. “Machinists help keep California moving, building, and working. As a union member, I know that collective bargaining gives workers a voice on the job and the power to secure better wages, safer conditions, and dignity at work. In Congress, I will fight to protect workers’ rights, lower costs for working families, and build an economy where every family has the chance to succeed.”
The endorsement underscores Dr. Pan’s growing support from workers who build, maintain, transport, and power California’s economy, and who are looking for leaders in Congress who will fight for fair wages, safe workplaces, and lower costs.
